Matt

Investor, Contractor & Resident Management

Matt has a diverse background in property management, maintenance, project coordination, customer service and marketing.  Matt has worked with developers, builders, realtors and investors to bring quality housing stock to the rental market for over 10 years.  A normal day for Matt encompasses problem solving, vendor coordination, meeting with clients and investors, performing scheduled inspections and turnovers and educating residents about routine maintenance and safety.  

As an involved board member of Central Oregon Rental Owners Association, Matt focuses on continuing education for property investors and property managers to maintain high ethical standards in the property management industry. 

Matt volunteers his time, talents and energy to the local elementary schools and can be found volunteering in a wide array of annual community events.

Penny

Contract Management & Regulatory Compliance

Penny has broad background in warranty coordination for new construction homes, legal compliance, work flow process, and policy and procedure management.  Penny oversees the Administration, Accounting and Maintenance Coordination staff and acts as Contracts and Compliance Manager.  

Outside of work, she is a tireless advocate for parent involvement in local schools and currently serves on the Board of the Parent Teacher Committee at one of Redmond’s elementary schools.

Penny has been instrumental in providing property management services to the real estate and investor community for over 5 years.  She continues to expand and refine the menu of property management services available for owners choosing to invest in Central Oregon’s residential market.

Vanessa

Maintenance Coordination

Vanessa has been scheduling and coordinating residential maintenance requests, large and small since 2012. Accurate maintenance invoicing is imperative to maintain appropriate owner records, which Vanessa takes pride in.  Vanessa has traveled extensively throughout the US and is an avid hiker who frequently enjoys the wild beauty of Central Oregon’s rigorous hiking trails.  Vanessa easily connects with new residents; encouraging and supporting them during their relocation experience with warmth, empathy and understanding. 

Cindy

Owner & Resident Accounting

Cindy has been with HDPM since 2010. One of her favorite things is numbers. She manages the accounting responsibilities for each of the properties, ensuring that income and expenses are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Attention to detail is important!  Cindy also has an artistic side, and takes pride in creating the advertising lay-outs for each available property. In her free time, Cindy enjoys many types of art, including painting. Her family, friends and faith are important to her.

 

Ashley

Administrative Ambassador

Ashley is one of two Administrative Ambassadors; she brings a love of connecting with people to her position.  With a background in customer care, Ashley has a natural ability to create the best first impression.  Her extensive customer service experience is evident in the pride she has in her job and the impression of warmth and professionalism she creates in clients and residents alike.
