while continuing to serve our Central Oregon communities.

Effective immediately,
we have modified our work environment
to protect our team and our clients
by closing our office lobby to visitors.

RENT PAYMENTS

We are accepting rent payments through our online payment portal or through our office drop box only. We strongly encourage online payments for everyone’s safety and well being.  The e-check feature through our tenant portal is free. If you choose to use a credit card to pay through the tenant portal, please know that fees may be charged by those financial institutions or other third parties. High Desert Property Management does not have control over fees charged by others.

All rents are due on the 1st of each month.

MOVE INS

Move in paperwork, deposits, rent payments and key pick up will be coordinated on a case by case basis with new residents to limit contact in compliance with Governor Brown’s social distancing order.  Instructions will be provided by phone.

MOVE OUTS

If you are in the midst of a move out, keys must be dropped in the after hours lock box. Please refer to your Move-Out Confirmation and Deposit Return Requirements. Please follow all instructions.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Maintenance requests must be submitted through our Maintenance portal. 

Any emergency maintenance requests should be called into 541-788-3840.
This number is for emergencies only such as water leaks or no heat.

Maintenance requests will be fulfilled by our contractors who are following Corona virus best practices while in your residence. Please help these technicians limit contact by maintaining at least 6 feet of distance while they complete assessments or repairs quickly.
