After four years of self-managing our Redmond rental home, in 2014 we contacted High Desert Property Management (HDPM) and never looked back. The seemingly endless calls/concerns regarding repairs, delinquent payments, deposits, contracts, damage, cleaning, and unauthorized inhabitants/pets instantly resolved. A thorough tenant application process is utilized, though nothing is foolproof. For instance, I do not know how you can predict wannabe Olympians from snowboarding off the roof! That being said, I have never heard any tenant complain about HDPM, and our current renter has occupied the residence for over five years. HDPM utilizes highly competent companies to quickly make any needed repairs for a reasonable price. At my request, HDPM helped us house a terminally ill hospice patient and his family facing homelessness. Highly recommend. We could not be happier landlords.

Matt and Penny have managed our investment properties for 12 years. They have been excellent. Matt has always been responsive and watches over our properties with professional attention. They screen and qualify potential tenants very carefully and in 12 years we have had only one tenant who became unsatisfactory. An amazing record. High Desert Property Management is an honest and fair property management company. We rented from them for almost 7 years. Prior to that we rented from them for 1.5 years in 2012. This is the only property management that is actually truthful and fair in their deductions from security deposit upon move out. Living in one of their property’s for almost 7 years, I was very surprised to see a more than half of my security deposit returned when we have dogs and kids. They were always so quick to respond to any and all maintenance requests. Cheryl always communicated with us with any maintenance updates. I would rent from them again.
