The seemingly endless calls/concerns regarding repairs, delinquent payments, deposits, contracts, damage, cleaning, and unauthorized inhabitants/pets instantly resolved. A thorough tenant application process is utilized, though nothing is foolproof. For instance, I do not know how you can predict wannabe Olympians from snowboarding off the roof! That being said, I have never heard any tenant complain about HDPM, and our current renter has occupied the residence for over five years. HDPM utilizes highly competent companies to quickly make any needed repairs for a reasonable price. At my request, HDPM helped us house a terminally ill hospice patient and his family facing homelessness. Highly recommend. We could not be happier landlords.
