Marketing
When it’s time to market your property it will be listed on a host of different platforms. Market rental rates will be discussed with you personally so that you have up to date information on current rental markets to obtain the best return on your investment. Tenants will be screened timely and discussed with you directly for your decision.
Tenant Relations
Our convenient tenant portal allows paying rent fast and easily for residents with online payment options. To help with the upkeep of the property tenants also have access to submitting online maintenance requests 24 / 7.
Property Maintenance
Routine property inspections conducted.
High Desert Property Management works closely with local licensed & insured vendors to ensure proper care of your property. There is no mark up to High Desert Property Management for vendor invoices.
During our normal business hours, a High Desert representative will review, troubleshoot and process all maintenance requests received and assign an appropriate vendor to address the issue if needed. High Desert Property Management has a dedicated emergency number for after-hours calls and will be handled promptly by a High Desert Property Management representative.
Accounting & Finances
High Desert Property Management will handle payment of your property expenses and provide monthly owner statements. Statements are emailed and uploaded to owner portals for 24 / 7 access including yearend tax statements.
